A mid-sized Mumbai based real state company, having exposure in residential and commercial real state along with solar business. Company intended to expand in logistics through developing a logistics park. To begin with company was looking for feasibility study of logistics park, which was delivered by us.
Challenges: Key challenges to be addressed in feasibility study were:
