We are team of professionals with strong consulting experience and good domain knowledge. Team is led by its founder and principal consultant Mr Vikash Khatri. Mr Vikash holds rich experience in various industries like Logistics & Supply Chain, Healthcare and FMCG at different capacities. He is a management graduate from Indian Institute of Management Indore along with certification in Strategic Innovation in Organisation from Vanderbilt University USA.

Viraag Dwivedi is a senior professional with deep expertise in Business Process Management, Data Analytics, Optimization, and Transformation. He brings over two decades of experience across distribution, supply chain, and business process management domains. Viraag has worked extensively in industries such as Consumer Goods, Automotive, and Process Consulting in various leadership capacities. He holds an MBA along with a Postgraduate in Statistics, blending strong analytical skills with strategic acumen.

Our Mentors

Sivasailam is a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1985 Karnataka cadre, who served as Special Secretary (Logistics) in the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. With a distinguished career spanning multiple sectors including trade, industry, rural development, and infrastructure, he played a key role in shaping India’s logistics policy and promoting supply chain efficiency. An engineer by training, he also holds an MBA, a postgraduate degree in Social Policy from the London School of Economics, and a diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law. Known for his deep expertise in public policy, operations management, and business strategy, Sivasailam continues to contribute as a thought leader in logistics and governance.

Harry Lagad is a seasoned global supply chain and logistics leader with over 30 years of experience across continents including India, Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe, Russia, and the U.S. He has held leadership roles in a diverse range of industries—from third-party logistics (3PL) and industrial packaging to consumer electronics, telecom, footwear, and metals—with organizations such as Nokia, TNT Logistics, Gati Ltd, Brightstar, and Geodis. He has also co founded and led ventures such as Intellio Solutions Pte Ltd and Suitefy Cloud Solutions, and served on advisory boards and broader industry forums. Recognized as one of Asia Pacific’s Top 100 Supply Chain Professionals, he continues to speak extensively on supply chain innovation, leadership, and digital transformation.

Prof. Venkataramanaiah Saddikuti (also referenced as Venkat Sadakutti) is a Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at IIM Lucknow, with over 32 years of teaching, research, and industry engagement across India, Singapore, and the USA. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management from IIT Madras, an M.Tech in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from IIT Bombay, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University. With more than 150 research papers in international journals and conferences, plus two authored books and contributions to various academic volumes, his work spans supply chain resilience, lean healthcare, industrial clusters, and modeling techniques like SEM neural networks. His recent book, Managing Social Organisations, explores administrative practices at the Tirupati Balaji Temple. Recognized with awards like the Nelson Mandela Leadership Award and Jagatik Ayurvigyan Samman, he has mentored hundreds of MBA students and startups in healthcare and supply chain domains.

Prof. Bipul Kumar is a Professor of Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management Indore, and a Fellow (Ph.D.) of IIM Ahmedabad. His primary research areas include Business‑to‑Business (B2B) marketing, sustainability and green marketing. He employs methodologies such as meta-analysis, bibliometric analysis, text analysis, and netnography in his work. He serves as Deputy Editor of the Journal of Global Marketing and previously contributed to the editorial review board of Industrial Marketing Management and Journal of Business Research.
