A major listed group having a captive logistics arm. The company was looking for detailed process mapping in its logistics business. The mapping was for all activities of transportation and processing centre from pick up to delivery. The project also included recommendation for sync between IT system and physical activities.

Solution: Detailed as is mapping and to be mapping of processes was completed successfully in 6 months. Solution yielded following things
